- The buyer must be new to WayLuz and not already registered, negotiating or in direct contact with the company.
- Commission is earned only when the purchase closes and WayLuz has received cleared, non-reversible sale proceeds.
- The 5% is calculated on the final purchase price actually received by WayLuz, excluding taxes, costs, interest, financing and other charges.
- The claimant must have registered the buyer, been accepted in writing and been the effective cause of the completed sale.
- No commission is earned merely by sending a contact, scheduling a viewing or presenting an offer if the purchase does not close.
- The broker or referrer acts independently and is responsible for applicable licensing, taxes, disclosures and legal obligations.
